What's NCHA?

The North Carolina Horseshoers Association (NCHA) is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in the art and science of farriery. The organization's goal is to define, maintain, and improve the quality of craftsmanship and standard of ethics within the association and industry.

The NCHA community is comprised of and open to all farriers and veterinarians, horse owners, trainers, veterinarians and vendors in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.


Upcoming Events

 Blowing Rock Clinic  September 19th 9:00 AM

 It's a great time of year to head to the mountains where fall has already begun.  We are getting geared up for our Clinic at Blowing Rock Equestrian Preserve, Sept 19th!  We will have Jack Craddock for shoeing demos and forging.... We hope to go in the direction of back to the basics for this one so bring your rigs ...the more hands on the better!


 Pre-Certification Clinic September 26th

We will be offering a Free Pre-Certification Clinic September 26th if you, or someone you know, is interested in participating contact Dean Newsome for details at 336-870-7013.  Pre-registration is required by September 18th. So don't delay!


 Contest / Clinic  November 6&7th
